Where have all the psychological thrillers gone? The ones that really screwed with your head, in a horrific and gory way. The only goal of movies these days is to gross you out with the amount of gore, and make you jump. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but I really miss the movies where the dialogue is the part that will really get you. Bring back Hannibal Lecter, please :)
